Return & Refund Policy

At Mattguards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, our return and refund policy makes the process simple and transparent.

1. Returns Due to Change of Mind

Mattguards accepts returns for change of mind, provided that a request is made within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The product should be unused, unworn, and in resellable condition.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  • Customers must arrange their own shipping.
  • Once the returned item is received and approved, a store credit will be issued for future purchases.

We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Please be aware that shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

2. General Return Policy

We follow a 7-day return window starting from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be in the same condition as delivered, with all original tags and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt/email confirmation) is required.

3. Damages & Issues

Please check your order upon delivery. If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original product. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you’d like.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved:

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
